Quick Jump
The Husqvarna 440 is a chainsaw from the homeowner series offered by Husqvarna. While it may not be perfect, it’s not bad either. Finding the perfect chainsaw can be difficult, as there isn’t a single chainsaw that is perfect for everyone.
This chainsaw is readily available at most major home improvement retail outlets, so it’s easy to find and comes ready to use.
Difference Between Husqvarna 440 and 440E
One of the main differences between the Husqvarna 440 and 440E is the chain tension adjustment. The 440 model requires a T-wrench to adjust the tension, while the 440E does not require any tools.
In addition, the bars on the two models are different lengths, with the 440 featuring an 18″ bar and the 440E featuring a 16″ bar. This also results in a difference in weight. Other specifications for the two chainsaws are the same.
